ZipFlip

Terms of use

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use ZipFlip, made by KazuTech Systems. By installing or using ZipFlip, you agree to them.

License

When you buy ZipFlip, you get a personal, non-transferable license to install and use it on Windows PCs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer ZipFlip except where the law allows.

A direct purchase is linked to the Google account you sign in with in ZipFlip and can be active on up to 3 of your PCs at a time. You can move it by removing a PC in ZipFlip. Without a purchase, ZipFlip runs on the free plan, which unzips up to 10 ZIPs in any 7 days per Google account. A refunded or reversed purchase returns the account to the free plan. The same applies to the Microsoft Store version.

Purchases

Direct purchases are sold by our payment provider, named at checkout, whose terms also apply to the payment. This includes upgrades bought from the Microsoft Store version of ZipFlip. For help with an order, email dsh456d@gmail.com.

Your files

ZipFlip is designed to keep your original downloads and never overwrite existing files, but no software is perfect. Keep backups of important files.

No warranty

ZipFlip is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KazuTech Systems isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for more than the amount you paid for ZipFlip.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
